Infused with nutrient-rich oil, this developer conditions while it treats the hair. This leaves hair healthy and strong without compromising on the desired level of lightening and depositing.

Mix equal parts of Cynos cream developer with Cynos permanent colour cream, process at room temperature for 30-40 minutes. Mix the Cynos developer with Cynos Blondie bleaching powder at the ratio of 1:2 to achieve a creamy consistency.
